This website is operated by The Music Rights Awareness Foundation (“MRAF”) and BASCA Ltd t/a The Ivors Academy of Music Creators (“IA”) (together “Credits Due”) and these terms set out how you may use this website. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.

The data we collect about you and how we use it

Newsletters and other communications from Credits Due:  Member organisations and individuals who have signed the Credits Due pledge, we will hold your email address, name, images ( if any provided by you) and contact details for the purpose of sending you campaign updates, invitations to working groups and news that we think you will find interesting, and occasionally inviting you to events (in which case we may need extra information such as dietary and access requirements). You can unsubscribe from these at any time by using the “unsubscribe” links at the bottom of each email

Website analytics and performance: This website collects personal data to power our website analytics, including:

We share this information with Session.ID and Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.
